Minotti Torii Collection (Video)

26/02/2021

The new collection draws its inspiration from constructive details linked to Japanese tradition.

The metal structure of the legs of the seats and tables is based on the image of the “torii”, the entrance gate to Shinto shrines in Japan, where it symbolically marks the transition from the mundane to the sacred.

Signed by the Japanese design studio NENDO, the Torii Collection comprises sofas, armchairs, ottomans and coffee or console tables.

The sofas have the options of high or low backrest and of two different depths to the inclination.

We can say that the rest is the finishes and sophistication of details that Minotti has already accustomed us to.

You can discover the Torii collection by the hand of its designer, Oki Satu, in this video.
